   • Upload required documents securely.
   • Pay a small service charge to authorized agents.
2. User Responsibilities
   • Provide accurate and complete information.
   • Upload genuine documents.
   • Make payments only after confirming agent details.
3. Agent Responsibilities
   • Process applications within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
   • Update status honestly and timely.
   • Keep user data confidential.
4. Payment Policy
   • All payments are made via UPI directly to assigned agents.
   • Platform is not responsible for refunds or disputes after payment.
5. Account Suspension
   • We reserve the right to suspend access to any user or agent who violates our policies or attempts fraud.
6. Intellectual Property
   • All content, forms, code, and branding on mydigitalform.in are the property of MyDigitalForm and may not be copied without permission.
7. Modifications
   • We may update these terms and policies anytime. You will be notified via the website.
